To return an item, visit our Return Center.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items damaged by wear and tear are not eligible for return.
At this time, we cannot process international returns. If you are an international customer and need help with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist you.
We reserve the right to make sales and discounts on our items at any time. Please note that we will not provide a refund to account for price changes.
There is no return or exchange available on final sale items, including the SALE collection and any mystery products.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 7 days after ordering.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 7-10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only items can be refunded at normal price, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged and within our 7-days return period. If you need to make an exchange, visit our and follow the instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or if the donor received the order to have it shipped later, we will send a refund to the donor and be aware of your return.
